🌟 Team Lightning is going to Worlds 🌟

During the Mississippi FIRST Tech Challenge State Championship Team Lightning 12272 led the 2nd-ranked alliance to the Finals, received a Design award, and came home with a Global Leadership Award Finalist!

These efforts have secured Team Lightning the first-ever World Championship bid in Storm history.

For this, we are seeking to raise $10,000 to help cover the costs of entry fees, hotels, travel, meals, and all of the other extra costs that come with a World Championship trip to Houston.

At this time Storm is proud to offer our members the opportunity to compete in the FIRST Tech Challenge (FTC) and FIRST Robotics Competition (FRC).

We are always looking for new members, mentors, partners, subject matter experts, and sponsors!

In the near future we hope to expand the competitive opportunities Storm offers to include options for all ages. This may include other engineering, drone, and robotics competitions, E-Sports, Battle Bots, Business & Debate competitions, and creative writing & drawing competitions.

We hope to eventually be able to offer a competitive outlet for every passion!
